The studio offers a discount of $10.00 for each additional family member living in the same household.
Tuition Policies
Tuition is a flat rate based on a 4-week period, and is due in the beginning of the month. If a class is missed, no credit is given for the next month's tuition. There are no refunds, transfers, credits, or deductions for missed classes for any reason. If you pay for a month and decide to drop, no refunds for the tuition paid will be given. A $10 late fee will be automatically added to your account, per dancer, after a 10-day grace period, beginning with the October 2023 tuition payment. This fee will be recurring each week it is unpaid. Anyone who is one month in arrears will be asked to sit until all outstanding balances are paid. Payments
Payment can be made online through your Richies/ Dance Studio Pro Account (a 3.05% convenience charge + $.30 per transaction fee will be applied to all credit card purchase made through your DSP account). Reoccurring payments may be setup through your account. Credit card information is stored securely with Vantiv, the merchant bank used. Neither Richie's nor Dance Studio Pro retain any credit card information on our servers. Payments for tuition can also be made at the desk with cash or credit card to avoid paying the convenience fee.
Winter Weather Policy
If the Studio is closed due to weather, you are not required to make it up and it will not count towards your 8 or more absences. Students will be notified of cancellations via an email through Dance Studio Pro and the Studio Facebook page Cancellation of public schools does not necessarily apply to the dance studio. No refunds will be provided for classes that were missed due to weather and not made up.
